All orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee (deposit) to be paid at the time of order. The remaining 50% will be due at the time of pickup or delivery.
Delivery charges: 0-10 miles: $25 10-30:$35 30-50: $55 50-100 $75
Refunds are only available if there are true issues with the order (ex. wrong flavor, wrong color, wrong theme).

Our journey began in 2021 when our founder, Kennosha, started experimenting with different flavors and ingredients to create unique and delectable sweets. After years of perfecting her craft, Kennosha finally opened The Sweet Experience, and we've been satisfying sweet cravings ever since.
