Payment & Retainer Policy
To reserve your order date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time your order is placed. Your order is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than three (3) days prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery date.
Invoices for both the initial retainer and the remaining balance will be sent via text message to the phone number provided at the time of ordering.
Retainer Policy
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your order without a refund of the retainer.

Refund Policy
At The Sweet Experience Bakery, every order is custom-made with care specifically for you. Because ingredients, supplies, and production time are reserved in advance, we have the following refund policy:

Quality Concerns
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you believe there is an issue with your order due to a bakery error, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Photos of the product may be required so we can review the concern.
If we determine that the issue was due to an error on our part, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
Baker Cancellation
If The Sweet Experience Bakery is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your retainer.

Pickup, Meet-Up & Delivery Policy
The Sweet Experience Bakery offers pickup, meet-up, and delivery services for your convenience.
Pickup
Please arrive at the pickup time indicated on your order form. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.
If you arrive significantly later than your scheduled pickup time without prior communication, your pickup may need to be rescheduled based on availability.
Once your order has been picked up, The Sweet Experience Bakery is no longer responsible for any damage resulting from improper transportation, handling, or storage.
Meet-Up Service
Customers who choose to meet at a designated public location will be charged a delivery fee. Although the order is not delivered to your home, meet-ups require travel and time away from the bakery.
Meet-up fees are calculated using the same mileage rates as standard deliveries.
Delivery Service
Delivery is available for an additional fee and is calculated based on the driving distance from The Sweet Experience Bakery to the delivery or meet-up location.
Delivery Fees
Mileage is calculated one way using the most direct driving route determined by GPS.

Delivery Requirements
Changes to Pickup, Meet-Up, or Delivery
Requests to change the pickup time, delivery address, or meet-up location must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional fees.
